I don't proffess to be completely abreast of affairs after being out the game for so long. However, it seems to me that the Curse Alliance has done nothing wrong by laying claim to a region, its just another eponymous alliance trying to survive in the world of eve by claiming a home region (or two). Other alliances have been doing as much ever since the Stainers lay claim to err Stain way back.
A couple of weeks ago I was borrowing a friends account and was logged onto one of his characters who as far as I am aware is completely neutral. I was flying a rupture and doing a bit of NPC hunting in Stain on my way to Curse. Without any warning a complete tit called Ian666 in an Apoc opened up on the rupture and proceeded to try and pod me. I managed to warp away with no trouble but not before he took off half my armour. His excuse was I had no right to be in Stain even though the character I was playing bore no allegiances. Stainers and other have been podding indiscriminately for months and noone seems to bat an eye lid.
My advice is Curse Alliance stand up for yourselves, you have as much right as anyone to claim a region. All the other alliances harbour pirate groups so I dont envisage any problems with m0o/Sinister etc being part of the curse alliance. Long live CA!

I thought part of the reason they were allowed to join CA was because they agreed to abide by CA's 'carebear' rules which preclude piracy...
No we have shunned PvP in favour of veldspar mining. The CA dont have any choice in the matter, m0o has thought of Curse region as home for a long time. Luckily, we have come to an agreement the details of which I will not explain to you.

I don't know if it constitutes piracy but if I see you Hardin anywhere near Curse I will pod you into next week. Happy? Ofcourse m0o is a pirate organisation, we were the original pVp corp but I will not let any of our members pirate within Curse or Great Wildlands. That is what we bring to the agreement. As for stainers, venal etc they are game and would be advised to tread carefully.

Better late than never. Yes I am an imposter, I sold my account to myself for fifty squillion pounds and then started talking out my ass on the boards. Harlequin is my bestest friend in the whole world which is why hes an authority on the matter of me being an imposter.
PS. Harlequin knows full well what Id say if he told me to shutup
